Private Online Posing Class Packs with Flex Success 

You will receive a 60 min private posing class with our in-house posing expert, Flex Coach Ryan. 

After the class, you may send Ryan 1 x posing video per week, for assessment, for the next 3 consecutive weeks. The goal is for you to implement what you learned in the initial class. Ryan will review each video an provide feedback. 

For your benefit, we record the class as standard so you can rewatch it later. If you prefer not to have the class recorded, please advise us, and we won't do it. 

Yes, as many as you need. 

Some people make significant improvements in 1 class, especially if they already have a good base of posing and posing fitness, high body awareness, and spend time practising what they have learned. 

Others may require more. 

Flex Coach Ryan will advise you either at the end of the first class or after the 4 x follow-up video reviews if he believes you need more. 

A pillar of Flex Success is getting the basics right first. So you will begin by going over the mandatory poses of your class.
